Bowl of Light Ceremony 
18th March 2014 (Friday) 7:30pm - 9:30pm 

This is a prayer ceremony based upon Hawaiian tradition. In the Hawaiian Islands there is an understanding that we are each born with a bowl of light. This is the light of consciousness and love, full of wonderful possibilities. But if we get hurt and get stuck in the hurt, or if we hold onto negative emotions, then a stone is dropped in the bowl and the light is diminished. If we continue to drop stones in the bowl, eventually the light goes out and we become heavy, stagnant and stop growing. But we always have the potential to tip the stones out and connect with the light again. So in this ceremony we will be removing stones, and re-connecting with the light we were born with.

This is also an opportunity to meet Helen and hear about her work in Malaysia this trip.

This hands-on healing

- improves communication with your higher self

This workshop is an introduction to an ancient Hawaiian hands-on healing technique. Helen will teach you how to shift into the correct state of consciousness to be able to perform this healing. Most people find the experience deeply relaxing and some people have visionary experiences. Topics include:
• Opening the soul gateways
• Sensing someone's soul
• Allowing healing to flow from the soul
• How the physical, soul, emotional & mental bodies are connected

DAY 1: Healing the past
Loving romantic relationships require trust and the willingness to be vulnerable or take a risk. That can be hard if you’ve been hurt, or let down in the past. Day 1 is about healing your past to make room for happiness now and in the future.
For singles it includes letting go of past relationships and anything that might be blocking you.
For people in a relationship it is about letting go of emotional ‘baggage’ from previous relationships and your past; so it doesn’t weigh down your current relationship.

DAY 2: Ceremony to attract the relationship you want
This is a process of gaining clarity on the qualities you want in a relationship, and shifting your own vibration in a good way, culminating in a ceremony to attract a loving fulfilling relationship.
For singles it includes building self confidence and a ceremony to attract a new partner in your life.
For people in a relationship it includes increasing understanding and a ceremony to deepen and bless your relationship.
